Most sports cars have pretty useless rear seats, anyway. I suspect most of the time, they're used for ferrying groceries instead of people :biggrin:

Amongst the line-up of 997s; I think the one I really would love to try now would be the Turbo S. Purists would stick with the GT2/3, but as a daily driver, I feel they would not be the best choices...

For daily driving I think the Boxster is a pretty good bet. It's less violent than the Turbo S but more powerful than the Carrera.

I think at the end of the day, it is a balance of what you want and practicality. The Boxster is sweet; I remember driving a 986 once, and it was a pretty sweet ride. I've always wanted to drive a 987 Boxster S.
