i dont know what i'm doing.

Should be fairly easy. Control box can be placed at right side of boot beside the fender. Tap current from reverse lamp. Difficult part will be to drill/cut holes in the bumper to accommodate the sensors

They only build engine themselves.

Why not install a reverse camera?no need to change head unit,get a standalone monitor.
try to make it blend it and look as stock as possible.

Screws are located underneath and on your rear wheel arches. I think maybe no need to remove the entire bumper. Wires can be accessed if you stick your arm underneath it

Was that sensor a built-in accessory of your car? If yes, I think you can bring it to your dealership, and they can fix it for you.

Looks complicated to install I will need a mechanic to do that for me.

Bro, since you have limited neck movement, I strongly suggest getting both a reverse sensor and reverse camera. Just pop by at your local accessory shop and have them install those. Might cost a bit more but when there's issues, you can go back to them for troubleshooting
