Anyone know if you can put HIDs in the satria neo, and what kit to use?

the stock neo oem projector not gonna cut it....it was barely optimum even for oem spec...

i would suggest u to look around for projector retrofitter in your area, then discuss with them to swap into better projector unit meant for hid unit...

So the projector glass would need replacing before HIDs go in?

i would say more about the optical design of the oem halogen projector doesnt suits hid bulb well enough to make use of the extra light output produced by hid bulb....

One of my project. Retrofit hid projector. I would recommend using marimoto or you can lookup csb pro for retrofit hid but priced at premium and quality/finishing excellent. Now they have led kit.

if u were looking for HID unit upgrade,

the 2nd best option is this..

known as Fast Bright series ballast (available in 35w= F3 model, 55w= F5 model, 75w= F7 model)

https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pr...32345610822.html?spm=2114.12010612.0.0.q7Nnxm

this ballast start-up and became full brightness as fast as the OEM high end car ballast....with a fraction of the cost of oem ballast...

the 1st which is the best option would be getting the oem ballast (hella/ denso/matshushita)...
but need extra part...which is the D2s into H1 pigtail conversion on BULB side....
and offcourse...the price....
