Last weekends Malaysian installment of the SuperGT series lived up to all expectations, with an exciting race series and over a hundred race queens, there is basically no going wrong. It’s good to see how motorsports is developing in Malaysia, people are finally making an effort to get off the streets and onto tracks. While the Sepang International Circuit may be a little far and even expensive for some people, the Dato Sagor track located in Kampung Gajah, Perak is definitely not pricey if that is a concern.

The SUPER GT INTERNATIONAL SERIES IN MALAYSIA, Round 4 of the 2008 AUTOBACS SUPER GT, was held at the Sepang International Circuit (lap = 5.542 km x 54 laps) in Malaysia on June 22 and the WOODONE ADVAN Clarion GT-R driven by the pair of Joao Paulo Lima De Oliveira and Seiji Ara came through to win its first race of the season in the GT500 class. This was the second consecutive victory for this team at the Sepang round. Read more
