Not everyone may agree with the design of the Gumpert Apollo, but I’m sure every red blooded man would love the way it goes or rather how fast it goes. Can you believe this?!
Apparently a crew member of Top Gear allegedly rear-ended Japan’s Godzilla in an Audi R8! All this happened during the shooting of a TopGear series on the Isle of Man. No one has confirmed if the cars were driven by any of the TopGear hosts. Read more

No one would argue that TopGear is currently the most ‘entertaining’ automotive show around. It began in 1977 as a conventional motoring magazine show. The crazy antics, originality although sometimes non-relevant approach of the trio of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have created great interest in the weekly UK show since its relaunch in 2002. They have won many accolades and awards, partly the reason why the magazine is selling well too! Read more
BBC’s Top Gear Slammed, by BBC!

Top Gear has been slammed by its broadcaster, the BBC, for glamorising drinking while driving. The corporation’s governing body, the BBC Trust, reprimanded Top Gear after a viewer complained that the “blatant use of alcohol while driving” by Jeremy Clarkson and James May was “grossly irresponsible.” Read more
BMW M3 beats Toyota Hybrid Prius in Fuel Economy Test

The latest BBC’s Top Gear aired on Sunday last week (UK time) casts doubt upon the notion that a hybrid car would be the most fuel efficient in every circumstances.
Clarkson chose the most extreme examples to make the point — a sedan equipped with a V-8 engine producing 414 horsepower against the Toyota Prius with its 76 horsepower hybrid motor. The EPA rates the BMW at 14 miles per gallon in the city, and 20 on the highway which compares unfavorably to the 48 and 45 figures for the Prius. Read more
