WINTERHILL HOSPITALITY TO HOST MOTORSPORT BUSINESS LEADERS AT SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX

CORPORATE HOSPITALITY FIRM TO HOST BUSINESS AND MOTORSPORT NETWORKING FORUM AT THE SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX AS PART OF EXPANSION INTO RAPIDLY GROWING ASIAN MARKET

Winterhill Hospitality, in collaboration with Asia Motorsport Development, have announced plans to host a major business networking forum at the Singapore Grand Prix this September. The event will attract business leaders from across the burgeoning Asian motorsports industry.

This is the first time a motorsport networking event has been held at the SIngapore GP.

Held at the famous Podium Lounge in the Ritz-Carlton, the Asia Motorsport Networking Forum will have speakers from the motorsport world and business sector discussing topics about the business of motorsport, the benefits of strategic partnerships and how to develop successful marketing strategies that produce an ROI.

Tickets range from a single day pass with no access to the racing action, to a three-day pass including grandstand access. All tickets include entry to the Podium Lounge Grand Prix party.

The Podium Lounge will be celebrating its 9th consecutive year at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, having welcomed a record 9,000 high and ultra high net worth guests in the Grand Ballroom over the 3 nights of the Singapore Grand Prix in 2016.

The Podium Lounge is the most prestigious party at the Grand Prix.

The largest and most glamorous F1 Weekend After-Party is recognized as the leading A-list event of the ‘Grand Prix Season Singapore’ attracting the who’s who of Singapore’s wealthy elite each year. Having hosted sell-out events in Melbourne, Monaco, Singapore & Abu Dhabi, The Podium Lounge remains the most luxurious and sought after track-side event of the international Formula 1 circuit.

This event is ideal for anyone involved in motorsport at any level who needs to raise sponsorship and companies looking to expand their brand across Asia using motorsport as a unique marketing platform.

Charlie Charters, Director of Winterhill Hospitality, said, “It was always envisaged that at the appropriate juncture, Winterhill Hospitality would be looking to expand its operation across the Asia-Pacific region. Undeniably, Asia’s re-emergence as the world’s most dynamic economic region has focused many minds, including ours, on the opportunities and challenges of what we see as the Asian century.

Major business leaders from the motorsport world will descend upon Singapore in September.

Strategically, there is now a huge focus on our growth across the Asia-Pacific and one of the key aspects of our strategy is to host an event within the confines of the prestige and esteem of the Singapore Grand Prix, and an event which can attract motorsport’s leading business figures across Asia.

There is a need to bring together leading business figures in motorsport across Asia, and Singapore trackside hospitality provides a great opportunity for a networking event as the iconic night race celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.”

Ben Potter, Partner of Asia Motorsport Development, said, “We are expecting guest speakers and major figures in Asian Motorsport to attend our event.  What we aim to offer is a unique networking opportunity for our guests over the three days of the Singapore Grand Prix, in the unique surrounding of some of the best corporate hospitality facilities on offer. Anyone who is involved in motorsport at any level, from karting to GT racing should attend this event. They will receive a valuable insight into developing effective strategic partnerships to help raise important sponsorship funding.”
