If some of you think that such an idea is absurd, you are not wrong about that. But you can get something that looks like a Bugatti Veyron and that might just be the next best thing for some. The car we are talking about here is a Veyron replica that from afar or a quick glance looks really convincing.
Made by Just Toys Classic Cars, this 2008 Bugatti Veyron is actually based on a 2001 Mercury Cougar and from all the replicas we have seen, this might just be the best one yet. The transformation includes the brand’s iconic front grille and the Super Sport’s front bumper. We got no complains on the accuracy of the headlights, hood and that centre spine that runs along the bonnet as well.
Since this is a Cougar, do not expect a massive 8.0-liter W16 quad-turbo engine with 1000-horsepower hiding somewhere underneath that bodywork. It is only powered by a 3.0-liter Duratec V6 engine fitted with an SVO intake and a custom exhaust system.
