Since the new Ferrari 488 GTB is around for quite a while, it is only a matter of time before a tuner starts to fiddle around its looks or performance. And being one of the most active tuners around, Mansory had taken the pleasure to give the 488 GTB a makeover that in a typical Mansory tradition might not be appealing to some.

Enter the new 4XX Siracusa. This new creation by Mansory features unique carbon bodywork and also a power upgrade that bumps up the output to 778-horsepower. But what catches the attention the most on this fluorescent turbocharged Stallion has got to be the extreme makeover that Mansory has bestowed upon it.

The bodywork features larger air intakes and a myriad of wings and winglets all around which are supposedly to improve the downforce levels as well as increasing the air flow into the engine. The wheels are now lightweight alloys measuring 20-inch upfront and 21-inch at the rear. The car also rides on a set of lowered springs that drops its centre of gravity by 20mm.

As for the performance, Mansory has claimed that they managed to bump up the 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine’s output to 778-horsepower and 561 lb-ft of torque by just ‘optimizing the engine’s management and use a specially designed exhaust system’. Performance figures however are not that far off from a standard 488 GTB as zerotohundred is dealt in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 341 km/h. As a comparison, the stock 488 does it’s zerotohundred in 3 seconds and a top speed of 330 km/h.
