All good things will come to an end and after being on air since 2002, one of the world’s most favourite motoring show finally comes to an end. But even with the departure of the trio, BBC is still looking for a way to keep Top Gear alive and it is said that they had already found the replacements for Clarkson, Hammond and May.

As reported by news agencies like The Sunday Express and The Telegraph, the new faces lined up for the new Top Gear are actor Philip Glenister, motorcycle racer Guy Martin, and ex-model Jodie Kidd. While the names might be a bit alien to some, BBC was quite careful to pick these names as all of them have quite a background with things that are car related.

Aside from his role in “Life on Mars”, Glenister also appeared on “For the Love of Cars” which features restoration of iconic British cars. Like mentioned earlier, Martin is a motorcycle racer and found fame competing in road race events like the treacherous Isle of Man. Kidd on the other hand is currently hosting the “Classic Cars Show”, and also made an appearance once in the “Star in a Reasonably Priced Car” where she finished in seventh place.

What do you think of the list? We know that these three will not be able to replicate the stuff that the previous presenters and they would need to come with something original the audiences’ hearts. But as for the time being, nothing has been officially confirmed and it is believed that the show will return in spring of 2016 following the release of the three remaining unaired episodes.
