Indonesian driver Andrew Haryanto and Malaysian Mark Darwin made a significant impact at last weekend’s Blancpain Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia with Pole Positions in 2 out of 2 AM Class races!
The race, hosted at the Shanghai International Circuit was in its 5th round and is the formidable duo’s virgin entry onto the prestigious Chinese circuit.

Other firsts include their partnership in a race and is Mark Darwin’s (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) first race out of Sepang Circuit, Malaysia. The well renowned Mark who’ve made a considerable dent in Sepang’s Malaysia Championship Series clinched podium at almost every round since his debut in 2014 up till today.

Hailing from touring car racing all this time, Mark’s pretty much proven his driving prowess even at his first GT race at last weekend’s Super Trofeo.
Andrew Haryanto (Bandung, Indonesia) who’ve recently upgraded himself from touring car racing has been in the Super Trofeo scene since the previous Gallardo FL2 series since 2014.
Andrew took multiple podiums at Sentul while partnering long time partner Fitra Eri, a seasoned race driver from Jakarta representing Otodriver.com. This Indonesia pair went on to secure their grand podium at the KL City Gran Prix earlier this year in the currently running and latest Huracan Super Trofeo platform.
