The 7:08 lap time around the Nurburgring done by the new and mighty Nissan GT-R Nismo is in no doubt a blisteringly fast lap time and had taken the Godzilla into a whole new level. Further strengthening its position as the budget supercar killer, the GT-R Nismo was spotted at the Fuji Speedway earlier this month to further test the N-Attack Package used in the ‘Ring run.

Ever since they did the time attack run at the Nurburgring back in September last year, the engineers from Nissan have been working tirelessly in developing the N-Attack Package for public sale. And to collect more data and conducting some final tests, they took the car fitted with the package to Fuji Speedway for a shakedown.

Fitted with the Öhlins 4-way adjustable dampers, the car can be fine-tuned to suit the characteristics of any track. The N-Attack Package also comes with additional aerodynamic parts compared to the standard GT-R Nismo, which according to Nissan is very effective on high-speed corners.

The N-Attack Package puts their focus on three important aspects: aerodynamics, weight reduction and suspension tuning. Aside from those, the engine and powertrain also received some modifications like the dedicated intercooler piping (carbon and aluminium), front and rear limited-slip differential, dedicated Engine Control Management and Traction Control Management, and an optional titanium exhaust system.

On the outside, the package comes with dedicated front fenders, carbon hood gurney, front add-on spoiler and rear wing which come with a two-point adjustment mechanism and a 12-point angle regulating mechanism. A set of Recaro full bucket seats with carbon shell also comes with the package, along with rear seat finisher and dedicated carbon rear bulkhead.
