The New Lexus RC F now comes with a Carbon Package

Being a high-performance coupe, the new Lexus RC F will definitely have a long list of optional extras to pick from to suit the buyer’s preferences. One of the options that Lexus had lined up for them is one called the Carbon Package and like the name suggests, offers a set of carbon parts for some body panels.

The package will not go all-out extreme, bathing the car in this lightweight material. Instead, the package comes with a clear coated carbon fiber roof, engine hood and active rear wing. It is yet to be informed whether only a clear-coated carbon fiber option is offered, or the buyer will have the option to have them painted over.

Regardless of the package, all the RC Fs will come with the same 5.0-liter V8 engine churning out 450+ horsepower mated to an eight-speed Sports Direct Shift (SPDS) automatic transmission, sending all the power to the rear wheels.
