With the aim of building a stronger bond between its trade partners, Lub Dagangan Sdn Bhd (LDSB) launched its Petronas Lube Reward Programme which will benefit its trade partners in long term. A wholly owned company of Petronas Dagangan Berhad, the programme was launched by the Chairman of AAM, YM Tunku Datuk Mudzaffar Tunku Mustapha and President of MAA, Datuk Aishah Ahmad.
“Through this reward programme that is created especially for them, we hope to build a long-term relationship that would benefit all parties. This is part of our strategy to foster brand loyalty among our trade partners and remain as the Brand of 1st Choice,” said the Chairman of LDSB, Mohd Ibrahimnuddin Mohd Yunus.
This programme will allow LDSB’s trade partners consisting of workshops and spare part retailers to enjoy exciting rewards offered under the Petronas Mesra Loyalty Programme. The programme will cover trade partners from passenger vehicles, motorcycle and commercial vehicle lubricant segments.
Participating trade customers will enjoy point collection on each lubricant transaction with LDSB’s appointed Market Execution Partners. The cumulative points could then be converted into instant rewards which they can redeem for fuel and goods at any of the 1,000 Petronas Stations nationwide. They will also enjoy the Mesra Card privileges offered by participating business partners.
