Finally, the time is here as the guys from Motor Trend is back with the fourth instalment of their iconic World’s Greatest Drag Race. As a quick recap to the last drag race, the Nissan GTR reclaimed the title when it was defeated by the mighty Lamborghini Aventador to the finish line, leaving cars like the Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series and the SRT Viper far behind.
For this round, the GTR will still be making an appearance in the race, and it will be none other than the most anticipated variant of the Godzilla. Packing 600-horsepower is the Nissan GTR Nismo and set to give the GTR a hard time is the new Porsche 991 Turbo S with 560-horsepower.
Representing the American muscle clan is the pumped up 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, going head-to-head against the vulgar-sounding Jaguar F-Type Coupe R and the BMW M4 Coupe. To make thing interesting, the BMW i8 is also taking part in the race, as well as cars like the Subaru WRX STI, Alfa Romeo 4C, Volkswagen GTI and the Ford Fiesta ST.
It is no doubt the highlight of this battle will be between the Japanese supercar killer and the turbocharged Porsche. Who will take the title for this round? Click on the video below and find out!
