The Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG is far from being your typical luxury sedan in the market. With a 5.5-liter biturbo V8 engine, the car packs a hefty 557-horsepower and 720Nm of torque in stock form but for tuners like Brabus, those figures are far from being enough.

Bringing the E63 AMG to heights where supercar roams, the new Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo is no sedan to play around with. In order to leave the likes of supercars in a cloud of dust, the 850 6.0 Biturbo packs 838-horsepower and 848 lb-ft of torque, giving it the ability to do a zerotohundred in just 3.7 seconds. But when fitted with the 4Matic all-wheel drive, the time significantly goes down to 3.1 seconds. Top speed is rated at 350km/h.

To achieve such figures, Brabus had increased the displacement of the stock 5.5-liter V8 to a higher 5.9 liters by increasing the bore of the cylinders. Most of the internals had also been replaced, the cylinder heads optimized for increase flow, and a custom twin-turbocharging system is installed.

With such modifications, Brabus said that the engine is actually capable in producing as much as 1,069 lb-ft of torque, but they had to limit it to the 848 figure in order to preserve the rest of the drivetrain. Even with such wild modifications, Brabus backs them with a three year/100,000km warranty.

Put aside the red paintjob on this unit, the Brabus 850 6.0 is far from being shouty. A car gains a new custom rear diffuser that integrates with the exhaust tips, a trunk lid spoiler and monoblock wheels and Brabus badges.
