Just how much are you willing to pay to own a piece of the Fast & Furious legacy; RM 100,000? RM 500,000? Well, the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R that Paul Walker himself drove is being put up for sale, which is good news to any hardcore fans of the franchise. But the only catch is the price tag that comes with this car; it is priced at a colossal € 1,000,000, which is simply RM 4,563,776 in our currency.
Sounds a bit too much? For a price tag that could even get you a fleet of supercars, asking RM 4.5 million for a R34 GT-R may sound a bit absurd. But then again, it is not really about selling the car, but is more about owning a piece of a culture-changing movie franchise and helping those in need as is also stated that 50-percent from the proceeds of the sale will be donated to Paul Walker’s Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW) charity.
The car is also not just a looker. Underneath the skin, it is fitted with some serious upgrades which include a custom roll cage, Rotora brake kit, a custom HUD for a dash-mount PC and refined suspension are just a short list of modifications done to the car.
If you remember a few years back, the U.S. government once launched a massive crackdown to hunt down cars like the GT-R and send them to the crushers. This particular car was saved from the operation by having it exported to Germany.
