Mercedes-Benz (W222) S-Class Interior Revealed

One of the most looked forward to automobiles coming out of Stuttgart has to be the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class that’s due to take its official bow in about a month’s time (15th May 2013); but before it’s official unveil, Mercedes-Benz has decided to reveal the interior for their flagship model.

Although the interior isn’t exactly vastly different from that of the W221’s, but it certainly is inviting; somewhat cosy if you’d like with a nice touch of ambient lighting to give it an ambience of modern comfort and luxury at the same time.

There doesn’t seem to be any hard edges, creating a sense of fluidity and doing away with anything visually harsh and emphasizing total comfort that makes you want to lay upon and take a nap.

The W222 S-Class also features an extremely wide 12.3″ display, replacing the analogue dials that doubles as a screen when using the night-vision camera.

Interestingly enough, there’s even an active scenting system to help ionize and clean the air before releasing a scent into the cabin. Furthermore, heated, cooled and massaging electric seats have become the norm while the rear seats area able to recline up to 43.5 degrees.
