Honda seems keen to impress, heading towards the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, with their new rendition of what a Civic wagon would look like, and while we would guess many would cringe at such an idea, an abomination if you’d prefer, what Honda has come up with doesn’t seem all that bad at all.
It may have been about a month ago that Honda had a teaser sketch released of the wagon, unbeknownst to us that it was in fact a Civic wagon, but the idea doesn’t seem half bad, as long as Honda throws in a Type-R variant into the mix, allowing us gentlemen to relive the days gone by as racer-boys while we ferry our family members.
The Civic Tourer concept seems to have gained a little height and length, not to mention weight as well, over the usual Civic. On top of that, Honda will soon be joining the other Japanese makes in producing a wagon for the masses.
Details are yet to be had till the 2013 Geneva Motor Show gets into full swing and though it’s merely happening in a few days (7th – 17th March) we’d advise you not to hold your breath till then.
