Formula 1 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix (2013) – Tickets Goes on Sale Today!

That’s right folks, it’s that time of year again and if you’re an avid fan of Formula One, then you’ll be happy to note that the tickets for upcoming 2013 Formula 1 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix are now available for immediate purchase at Suria KLCC as well as Sunway Pyramid with the roadshow beginning today.

The Sepang International Circuit (SIC) will be hosting Round 2 of an unprecedented 20-leg 2013 Formula 1 World Championship from 22nd – 24th March, after the new season begins with the Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park in Melbourne, Australia.

The ticketing booth at Suria KLCC is located at Ampang Rotunda, Ground Floor (AR-G), which will remain open from 10am – 10pm for the next 30 days till 15th March, with the location having been selected as one of the main locations for its ease of accessibility and convenience for both tourists and city folk.

In order to reach out to those in the Petaling Jaya area, another SIC ticketing booth has also been made available at the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, situated at the Orange Concourse of the mall and will operate from 10am – 10pm daily until 27th February.

In addition, will also have access to get their hands on F1 Official Merchandise as well as eleven F1 racing cars will be on display during the 13-day road show.

The eleven F1 racing cars showcases the PETRONAS F1 cars since 1999 and have made available a few high-tech simulators for a nationwide contest. Simply purchase an F1 ticket or merchandise during the roadshow and fans will be allowed to participate in the simulator contest to be in the running to win a Proton Satria Neo R3 with the final round to be held at SIC during the F1 weekend.

Pricing for the tickets will start from as low as RM63 (valid for three days at the open Hillstands), making it one of the most affordable tickets in comparison to other F1 venues, in order to make the 2013 Formula 1 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix as affordable and accessible to all fans.

Grandstand tickets will also allow fans to stay on for the after-race concert on Sunday, which will feature the international rock legend, Guns N Roses.
