Own a Nissan GT-R, but thinking that the interior could use a bit more character? Put aside all your worries as Carlex Designs is here to your rescue. After releasing stunning interior trims for other exotic marquees like Maserati GranTurismo, Porsche Carrera GT and the Lamborghini Aventador, they now add another model in their catalogue with their latest interior package suit to fit the mighty Godzilla.
Using a wide range of premium materials, Carlex had turned the GT-R’s interior a new and fresh look to indulge in. Receiving a black and white treatment, the interior now features a host of Alcantara, black and white leather, and contrasting white stitches. With the focus goes mostly on the seats, the steering column, steering wheel and the rest of the dashboard were also given the same treatment.
Since Carlex’s specialty is in customizing the interior, the twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6 engine was left untouched, but having 500-horsepower under the hood is more than enough for a street machine. We are now imagining what Carlex has in store for the new GT-R Nismo; adding a dash of red accents into this type of interior will surely spice things up!
