Two V12 Interceptors Spell the Beginning of Dubai’s High-Speed Police Force!

Dubai nowadays is commonly associated with Sheikhs with unlimited wealth, making a lifetime fortune from Middle East’s seemingly never-ending oil supply. And of course with money being not a problem in the area, hyper-exotic cars become the choice for these Mid-Easterners to roam around the desert country, but not all of them will be willingly obey the speed limit; not with cars from Bugatti, Koenigsegg or Pagani.

To act as a deterrent, the Dubai Police had recently added a 700-horsepower Lamborghini Aventador into their inventory and joined by a Ferrari FF shortly after. These mad V12 machines might be the most expensive police cars in the world, as even the Italian themselves only fields the V10 Gallardo to do the job.

Finished in the same dark green and white vinyl finish as the department’s, both the Aventador and the FF is reportedly going to be used in popular tourist locations to show off the status of the Dubai Police. But we are pretty sure that if there are any street races going on within their reach, these non-compromising interceptors will surely answer the call and bring an end to it.

But it seems like these two are not the only big guns that the Dubai Police will be running, as a sneak peek shot also revealed that they might also be bringing the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and the Bentley Continental GT into the fleet.
