An Audi A1 quattro Plays in a Munich Construction Site

Audi’s headquarters in Ingolstadt may be about an hours drive away from Munich, although both are ultimately situated in Bavaria, it hasn’t stopped Audi from prancing around and having some fun in BMW back yard of Munich with one particular Timo Scheider in an A1 quattro, opening it up around a construction site.

Speaking of which, the site is actually going to be Munich’s largest used car centre – in the world in fact, and is due to be opened to the public sometime in the second quarter of 2013.

Although Audi may be using this as an excuse to shake their ‘booty’ at BMW, they’re saying that they’re simply trying to help promote the centre – with their A1 quattro equipped with 252bhp and 350Nm of torque from it’s 2.0L turbocharged engine that’s mated to a 6-speed manual transmission allowing for sprints to 100kmh in just 507s and a Vmax of 245kmh – with only 333 units to be made available and all will only come painted in Glacier White.
