Team Street and Five55 Productions has recently joined forces to create a short movie clip, in respect to the automotive enthusiasts scene in Malaysia.
The vision of Five55 production is to capture motorsports and the automotive scene in an unorthodox perspective. Five55 take pride in capturing movies, which speaks to the viewers, rather than just showing the vehicles in different angles. They have been in the industry for only about 2 years, but have captured a niche style that other production company doesn’t cater in Malaysia.
Inspired by format67, the movie potrays the theme of ‘Motion & Emotion’, showing the perspective of the enthusiasts – channelling the story of different individuals, from very different background with the one common factor that brought them together, cars!
Team Street has been in the scene for over 7 years now, with members scattered around in various countries such as Singapore, Austria, Germany, New Zealand and the United States. The community brings together people of different car backgrounds, be it either from JDMs or Euros, enlightening the automotive scenes with rotary whines or V8 rumbles.
Ranging from JDMs like the RX-7, and high-end Euros like the M3 E92, the movie features Team Street’s mixed community, gathering it’s member’s various cars.
The idea behind Team Street is to keep close ties amongst the members, having weekly gatherings and ‘teh tarik’ sessions, whilst keeping the momentum up with as many activities as possible. Drives and track day meets are also common within the group, to move their mind astray from the 9-to-5 routine.
