Tenaga Setia Resources S/B Relocates and Opens New Larger Honda 4S Centre!

Initially establishing themselves in 2002, Tenaga Setia Resources Sdn. Bhd., was previously located at Jalan 222 in Petaling Jaya as a 3S centre, but today marks a new chapter for the company after having invested RM28.5 million to become a fully-fledged 4S Centre located in Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya.

Present at the opening was Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan, Managing Director of Tenaga Setia Resources Sdn. Bhd. who said; “The upgraded and expanded Honda 4S centre is truly a one-stop centre. Our aim is to provide quality services and products to our customers. We also want to ensure that our customers are happy, comfortable and satisfied when they visit our centre every time.”

 

The new 4S Centre’s facility spans over a 115,853 sq ft and covers Sales, Service, Spare Parts and Spray Painting under one roof and should be able to become a larger contributor to the Japanese automaker’s sales here in Malaysia, after having experienced record breaking sales in July of this year. Kuala Lumpur and Selangor roughly accounted for 50% of overall sales for Honda.

Also in attendance was guest of honour and Honda Malaysia’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yoichiro Ueno, as well as many other working partners and long-time customers of Tenaga Setia Resources Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Ueno congratulated Tenaga Setia Resources by saying that “the upgrade, expansion and relocation of Tenaga Setia Resources to this new, spacious and strategic location shows their dedication to constantly improve in order to better serve their customers in the Klang Valley. I commend Tenaga Setia Resources for the efforts that have been put to improve the facilities and to incorporate a body and paint centre. On behalf of Honda Malaysia, I would like to thank Tenaga Setia Resources for their commitment towards Honda.”

Honda Malaysia also indicated that they hope that there will be more 4S dealerships to come in the future as they strive towards one of their ultimate goals of attaining ‘Lifetime Ownership Loyalty’ (LOL) with every Honda customer.

This belief of a life-long relationship with the customer should be forged once a purchase has been made for a Honda vehicle. Hence, their endeavours to further develop customer relationships through consistently providing excellent and high quality services.

Currently, there are a total of 61 Honda Dealers throughout Malaysia, 56 of which are 3S Centres while 5 have been upgraded to 4S Centres thus far.
