In an attempt to further distinguish itself from competitors, Perodua today opened their first sales showroom that focusses on customer satisfaction where sales representatives get an on-the-job sales training, which Perodua now calls it a Sales DOJO for their employees.
Perodua’s latest showroom is located about 7km from their head quarters at:
PSSB Bukit Beruntung,
No 29-G, 31-G, 31-1,
Jalan Adenium 2G/12,
Pusat Perniagaan Adenium Sek BB5,
48300 Bukit Beruntung,
With this latest sales showroom, it now brings the final count to 185 sales outlets with 169 service centres located nationwide and will now serve as a “living-breathing training centre” according to Perodua Managing Director, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh during the opening ceremony of the 6,600 sq ft that required an estimated RM560,000 to build.
The new location will be used as a training base for staff from headquarters – particularly for new Customer Relations Executives and Sales Advisors before being posted elsewhere.
During the opening ceremony, Perodua donated a total of RM15,000 to 5 charity homes in conjunction with the recent Deepavali celebrations as part of the company’s annual contribution to the less fortunate during festive seasons. The homes include Ephratha Charity Organisation, Sri Saradha Devi Illam, Pusat Jagaan Kanak-kanak Kurang Upaya KIRTARSH, Sivananda Ashram Kuala Kubu Bharu and Independant Living & Training.
