ETCM Awarded by J.D. Power Asia Pacific (2012) for Best Performance in Sales Satisfaction Index Study!

Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM), the official distributor for Nissan vehicles in Malaysia, received an award from J.D. Power Asia Pacific for providing the best new Nissan customer satisfaction in Malaysia. The award was based on J.D. Power Asia Pacific’s Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study and ETCM came out tops with their “You Can Count on Us” customer service promise.

ETCM’s promise is based on three core values of being Friendly, Dedicated and Trustworthy to Nissan customers, which the company boasts that it has assured and provided a “satisfying, worthwhile and positive experience when they walk into Nissan Showrooms”.

And on hand to receive the award was Dato’ Tan Heng Chew (Executive Deputy Chairman and Group Managing Director of  Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd.) from Mr. Gerrit Kuyntjes (Vice President of J.D. Power Asia Pacific).

Furthermore, ETCM has indicated that they’ve strongly invested much of their time and resources in helping improve the abilities of their Sales Advisors with continuous trainings in order to boost their capabilities in terms of product knowledge, communication and customer service skills.

And with ETCM winning this rather coveted award in J.D. Power Asia Pacific’s SSI Study, Dato’ Dr Ang Bon Beng (Exec Dir of ETCM) further reiterates by saying “it has spurred us to further strengthen our commitment to our customers through the creation of of a world-class standard of service that will help us build a lasting relationship with every Nissan customer and we are committed to consistently offer compelling services and enrich lives through our products and services.”
