Risden Engineering Amps-up BMW’s M6 (F13) – Risden 6R

Pretty much unheard of is Risden Engineering, but regardless of these seemingly new players to the tuning game, they’ve taken BMW’s M6 and turned it into something rather…delectable, called the Risden 6R.

And so, Risden Engineering has revealed a teaser upon us that’s based on the BMW M6 (F13). Though the company is saying that the 6R is pretty much a track car, it is still street-legal.

Risden, as company website mentions, is all about providing functionality with race-bred technologies in order to improve both performance and handling. How they’ve gone about doing so is giving their R6 a new body kit, with a fixed rear spoiler as well as a retractable one.

The aero kit incorporates built-in cooling features, for better delivery of traction, stability, braking and engine cooling. Blackened rims and a fully adjustable suspension setup gets thrown into the mix as well as well as a 4-point roll bar to stiffen up the chassis and a lightweight exhaust system to boost the 6R’s 560bhp vocals.

Risden isn’t saying any more about the 6R at this point in time, leaving room for more details to be divulged in the first quarter of 2013.
