Vorsteiner GTRS3 widebody kit for BMW E92 M3

M3’s have won generations of fans and it doesn’t look like its letting up anytime soon. Oldies might argue that the first generation M3 was the best and then there are those who will argue this and that but in my opinion the legacy is not dead and it continues with the M badge, just trust tuners to make up for whatever loss there is.

There are plenty of E92 M3’s running around with their insides tuned to create supercar beating numbers but not all of them have supercar beating designs. Meet the GTRS3 M3 E92 by American tuner Vorsteiner, it’s the latest in a wide product line that includes packages for cars like Porsche, Mercedes, Bentley and BMW. It is just an aesthetics upgrade but is a perfect addition to tame-looking E92 M3 that has come under fire for a rather boring design compared to the E46 M3 that it replaces. Vorsteiner’s package aim’s to change that with several body modifications and aerodynamic pieces.

The front bumper has been replaced with a complete carbon fiber unit with a modular replacement splitter, and the fenders have been replaced with carbon fiber wide arch fenders and extended side skirts. Completing the look up front is an aggressive carbon fiber bonnet with cooling vents.

The rear is decked out with a quarter panel fender arch extensions, a Vorsteiner chrome boot badge emblem, a wide arch rear bumper and an integrated carbon diffuser. Vorsteiner is also offering a stainless steel quad exhaust system as an option. Completing the look are twin 7-spoke V-308 concave forged mesh wheels that can be ordered in 18-20 inches wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 performance tyres.

Only 100 Vorsteiner GTRS3 M3 kits are to be sold through the company’s worldwide network. For more information, visit Vorsteiner.

The rear wheel arch doesn't gel with the main body.
The wide body too sudden and not so smooth. Don't really like it.
But gotta love M3..

Why must it always be matt black? Millions of colors swathe available and they still use this color?!?!?!? Might as well slap on pieces of charcoal while they are at it since it technically is carbon!!! Whats wrong with BMW blue, white or red? Or combo them in M3 colors? Doesn't Vorsteiner have an official color?

As for me it is a really good point of view. I meet people who rather say what they suppose others want to hear. Good and well written! I will come back to your site for sure!
