Spied: Ferrari 599 GTO – One Of Two Fastest Ferrari’s Ever Built

Ferrari has already launched the 599XX, a super-hardcore track only weapon based on the 599 GTB Fiorano but now apparently Ferrari is working on a road-going version of the 599XX dubbed the 599 GTO. Cementing this apparent rumour is the appearance of these spy shots depicting the so-called 599 GTO with some camouflage on the sills and bumpers as well as 599XX-like roof elements.
Sources are saying that the Enzo derived 6-liter V12 engine will produce about 690hp with rev limited at 9000rpm. That together with extreme lightweight should be good for a 3.2-second 100km/h sprint – a good half second faster than the 599 GTB. Top speed is said to be at the 350km/h mark and this should officially make it one of the two fastest production Ferrari’s ever, alongside the Enzo.
Pricing is expected to be in the US$464,950 mark when the car is launched in a couple months time.

That’s not a pricing mark or region, that’s a specific value…. interesting tho, thought they would work on a newer model… probly the 599’s last hurrah…
