Lexus LF-A The Star Attraction at Motorsport Japan 2009

The build up towards the launch of the Lexus LF-A continues with the car being one of the stars at last week’s Motorsport Japan 2009. It was there to wow the fans and the 550hp V10 did not disappoint. Shown in full racing livery, the Lexus LF-A is shown in the video above burning some rubber doing doughnuts and some drifting. The best part of the video is the car’s soundtrack, enjoy!

i dont want to become "the know everything" kinda guy..but base on my Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) point of view...the sound of the car just before it ends with the yellow flag, it is a sound of an engine working with "less one active cylinder". in other word, it was blown up. i have experienced this, when my 4 cylinder car worked with only 3 after over revving it...and the smoke goes black. aaaa..... just my silly point of view laa...

Why the car to twitchy out corners and oversteery one? This is LFA ah? A precision driver once said this is the best car he is driven? Makes me wanna think how much Toyota paid him to say that. Toyota does have tons of case to play with markets yes?

And the engine sound nice? C'mon la it sounds freakishly like a rotary. Stupid tuner exhaust.
