One For Fans of The BMW E30 and Mercedes 190: Classic DTM Racing

This is one of the best videos that act as a tribute to the passion of racing and old school race machines. This is also for the fans of the E30 M3, Cosworth Mercedes, Cosworth Fords and the Audis, not forgetting the weirdly out of place Volvo 240GL. It’s a pity we don’t get much live coverage of the DTM races here, the video clearly shows how much of an adrenalin rush the races can be. Of course, the races in the video are all of the late 80’s era where electronics were limited and drivers had to be immensely skilled to control the big, heavy, super fast cars. Here’s revisiting an era of real thrills and spills, just don’t mind the soundtrack.

Nice….miss those old age pure bred race car….not much fancy gadgets…it’s a battle of driver skills and team work…the way they take those corners are crazy and fast…
