An AC Cobra, A Two-Piece Bikini, And Danica Patrick

Danica Patrick has proven herself to be more than just a pretty face in a helmet by being the first woman to win an Indy Car race. She also took the Japan Indy 300 title last year and now she is not just a race winner but a bikini model for the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. In her second Sports Illustrated appearance, Danica is turning out to be a well-coordinated marketing campaign to turn herself into a: sex symbol, pioneer for women in motorsports, bankable marketing figure, and relevant athlete.
