A Must Watch: Red Bull Presents A Virtual Tour Of 2009 Formula One Race Car

For the 2009 season, Formula One racing wont be as you know it anymore, the FIA has implemented some sweeping changes and it promises to be another great season. Some of the changes implemented are a return to slick tyres after 11 years, front and rear wing specifications have changed dramatically and noses have grown. These aerodynamic changes have reduced downforce but in return, it will promote more overtaking. All engines are now limited to 18,000 rpm compared to the 19,000 of previous years. To get into the details will be long and boring, luckily Red Bull Racing has created a virtual tour of all the changes in F1 for 2009. Watch the video to learn more.

Really cool video.

Very difficult to predict where everyone will be this year. But I think McLaren will be strong and probably Ferrari too. BMW will struggle a little I think.

"return of slicks...better grip... more fun." Amen to that Vettel. Amen.

The introduction of something as heavy as KERS should be interesting.
At first it was sacrilege for environmentalism to get in the way, but with charging extra boost for the engine, now thats more interesting.

The funny thing is the raft of rule changes was supposed lower costs for 2009 but the development of KERS is negating all the big savings
