stigMystery still surrounds the real identity of the legendary Stig. Many names have been mentioned but none have been confirmed. One thing all of us do know though is that The Stig cant speak, drives like a World Champion, has a knack for just disappearing into the woods, snow, dessert, or where ever, and he cant write reviews. Or can he?
The Top Gear crew was at every drivers dreamland recently, the Isle Of Man, where they were shooting The Stig reviewing the Nissan GTR. That’s nothing new but what is new is that a blog entry on Top Gears Blog features impressions from The Stig himself, so could that mean that The Stig is actually human and not a alien robot as all Top Gear fans seem to think? I wonder will BBC ever reveal his identity.. And will Top Gear lose it's popularity if his real identity is revealed?

Who cares who the stig is. We know he is a race driver, period. If his identity is revealed, then top gear will lack the fun factor. Then its going to sound just like every review tv show.

Who ever The Stig is, it has always been about the fascination towards its character & simplicity, not who he is. The gimmick works as it is supposed to. And yeah, who cares more?

A lot of people might not care about The Stig.. But I think he's pretty cool.. His character I mean.. Not who's in that suit.. I don't care if its Lewis or Kimi or Eddie Jordan or whoever.. I just like what Top Gear makes of him.. A robot or alien being that shows up and drives the hell out of a car and just leaves.. You know its not true but its a great read..

Yes I'm a fan of The Stig..

Yeah thats true. I do wish top gear would like put the stig up in a 1 time formula 1, rally, BTM, BTCC, blah blah team just to have fun. This might make Jeremy brag more. hahaha.
