Pioneer Launches New Range For Malaysian Market

Pioneer Technology (M) Sdn Bhd recently launched four sensational in-car sound systems; the DEH-4150SD (pictured above), DEH-3150UB, DEH-2150UBG, and DEH-1150MPG (all pictured below). It’s modern design aims to capture the hearts of tech hungry and gadget loving car owners.

The entire range of Pioneer in-car audio systems features hassle-free connectivity to portable devices, in various permutations to suit your requirements – whether you are the hip hopper who loves to groove to the beat with your MP3 player, or the information junkie whom never goes anywhere without your USB and SD Card, Pioneer has a system to let you define and suit your style.

Each new Pioneer headunit has a built-in AUX-In input on its front panel to allow easy attachment of portable devices. The units also offer sound shaping at your command, i.e. you can adjust the sound according to in-car acoustic characteristics and the music you listen to.

You can switch among five preset equalization curves (Super Bass/Powerful/Natural/Vocal/Flat), each featuring boosting bass and high-frequency ranges in ways that best suit the music, all at the simple push of a button. A 1-mode custom preset equalizer can even memorize your favourite sound setting from a variety of sound-shaping dimensions and combinations.

Three of the four models also have a front USB terminal to directly connect a portable digital player, USB memory device of other USB-compatible gear, so you can play whatever you have recorded via your computer. It is fast and easy, and requires no adapters.

Pioneer’s all-new DEH-4150SD model has a built-in slot for an SD memory card of up to 16 gigabytes (GB) and plays MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV music files. Such huge capacity goes a long way toward extending convenience and listening pleasure.

The DEH-4150SD also allows for full control of your iPod nano, iPod or iPhone. File-search and access are extra-quick, and song, artist, time and album information displays have been kept very clear and user-friendly.

The recommended retail price for Pioneer’s in-car entertainment products are listed and all the models will be available through Pioneer authorized dealers from December ’08 onwards.
