Round 3, whose record will be broken this time? Round 2 of the Sprint/SuperSprint Series in April saw the highest number of participants in recent times and a whopping three new records. In the SuperSprint, Desmond Soh’s WRX STi set a stunning timing of 47.11 seconds in Run 1 and an overall timing of 94.28 seconds, both new records. Jason Woo’s Honda Civic EG6 smashed the previous record held by Eddie Ng with a 8.05 second run in the NA category. Lastly, the Michael Phelps of Kallang, Lester Wong broke his own previous record of 6.72 seconds with a blistering 6.45 seconds.

With the number of competitors increasing, drivers and cars getting faster by the day, Round 3 should be full of suprises. Is Eddie Ng planning to get his record back from Jason Woo? Or is Lester Wong planning to break Desmond Soh’s SuperSprint record? We will just have to wait and see. The FastLane team can’t wait to find out!

Car park races have been the only playing grounds for local motor sports in Singapore for the longest time. The small area’s of a car park creates high levels of entertainment for spectators as one is able to catch every bit of action. Other then the actual race itself, spectators will be treated demo runs by high powered super cars or celebrity drivers.
