Bridgestone Launches One Stop ACT Service Center – AutoCare and Tyre

bridgestoneactBridgestone recently launched the AutoCare & Tyre (ACT) which is essentially an integrated full-facility auto service centre. ACT is a division of Bridgestone Tyre Sales (M) Sdn Bhd and the latest addition to the Bridgestone family channels of PRO-Shops, Truck Tyre Centres, Retread Partners and Fleet Points.

ACT has come up with an 8-action programme to render safety service and total customer care by: listening very well to customer requirements, inspecting well of customer car, explaining thoroughly of the car condition to the customer, proposing the most suitable products and services, fixing with professional skill, explaining proper usage with kind attitude and keeping precise record of customer car.

i went kelana jaya twice but i really feel frust i being charge so high .. till the unexpected amount and the way they consult me sort like i need to change everything since i am naive about car anyway this is my last time there .

im feel very dissapointed on ur professional service. i was wasted my time n money to believe on ur professional service at ACT. but wat i get back is only angry. 1 problem have to use 1 month to fix it...until now also have the problem..others normal auto service shop only use few hours to fix my problem..im very happy on it...ACT service man consult to change many things but problem stil der...n charges very high too...ACT is in my bad list..never n ever go der...

im feel very disappointed with on of ur staff at puchong branch. if im not mistaken, she is customer service advisor n i do know her name..maybe siti or something like that.i take service package rm 168.00 included carwash..my car still dirty when i want to take it..and i ask her why my car not sent to carwash..she said if sent to carwash take time to finish.. she supposed to be inform me first.. do not take own decision..i think she do want go back early that's why she dont care about my car or not..seriously i regret about ur sevices..i will tell my friend also about ur bad services,,,this is my last time there..................!!!!!

i would like to share to everybody about bad experience at BRIDGESTONE AUTOCARE N TYRE, PUCHONG BRANCH. i service my car husband last week (friday 16/01). when i came to the shop nobody greet me. one lady as a customer service just ignore me n buzy with her personal phone call. i do know want to ask who coz every body also buzy. as a customer service she must know about her job description. she also not smile when talked to the customer. please take action with my comment..dont just see this comment n reply back to the customer but nothing action to do.!!!
one thing services package so expansive compared other shop....!!

I used to go to act pandan indah branch and i love their service. Sadly, the workshop already closed ( change) and i lost contact with en ahmad and all the staff.. How can i contact them?
