KonigSeder Smart ForTwo – Flower Power

June 12, 2008

With petrol prices rising, big capacity, thirsty cars are soon to be a thing of the past. There will be a move to smaller, more efficient cars like the Smart car, but one thing will never change though, personalization. Austrian tuner Konigseder has taken the lead with its latest development; a wide bodykit for the new Smart ForTwo that adds an extra 30mm on the width of the car, and some gay flower decals.

To fit the wider body the wheels obviously had to be replaced with larger 5-spoke 17-inch alloys and to help keep everything tidy, Konigseder added a set of Eibach sport springs that also increases handling. No performance figures are available but we’re sure Konigseder would not leave that untouched.

17″ on a smartfor2? I really doubt it would retain the fuel economy with that kind of mod.
