Rumour: Mitsubishi Building Lancer SportBack CrossOver

Rumour has it that the bosses over at Mitsubishi are considering offering a Lancer Sportback Crossover to international markets by 2010. Essentially a Mitsubishi Lancer with a redesigned rear end and an increased ride height, the new model will also come equipped with a restyled fascia and protective body panels similar to those found on the old Subaru Outback and Audi Allroad.
